To provide the Service, verify identity, bill, support, improve quality, prevent fraud, and record consent to the Terms.
3. AI Processing
Some business data and conversation history (including customer information, quotes, invoices, inventory, reservations) may be sent to external AI engines to generate responses, limited to what is necessary.
4. Third Parties & Linked Services
No provision to third parties without consent except as required by law. Payments use Stripe, email uses an email provider (e.g. Resend), messaging uses LINE, and AI processing uses external AI engines, each handled appropriately within the necessary scope.
5. Data Isolation & Retention
Stored isolated per company (organization) with reasonable safeguards. Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service and as required by law, and deleted within a reasonable period when no longer needed.
6. Subcontracting
We may entrust processing to cloud providers within the necessary scope, under proper supervision.
7. Access/Correction/Deletion
Users may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their data.
8. Cookies
Cookies are used to maintain login and improve usability.
9. Revisions
Revised as needed; material changes are notified on the Service.
